Partnerships
	Mobilization Through coaching, training, and empowerment, PIA is helping churches in Africa (partnerships) realize their role in the Great Commission. PIA believes that this ministry should look like African ministry. The American values of bigger, better, faster, and efficient need to intersect with Biblical values and the African values of relationship, inclusion, respect, and past history. In healthy partnerships, partners are able to talk about values, methods, and strategies that are new or effective. Together we are able to adapt and use ones that the local partner knows will work well. This is a unique part of PIA ministry and one of the reasons why PIA is respected where we work.
